General questions

Which payment methods does secupay offer?

secupay lets you offer the following payment methods in your online store:

  • Direct debit payments with SEPA standard
  • Credit card payments (Mastercard and Visa)
  • Purchase on account

Can several stores be processed by one contract?

For each Online store is a separate contract necessary.

What documents are required in a payment guarantee case?

If a payment guarantee case occurs, please send us a copy of the invoice and proof of delivery by email to [email protected] or by fax to 035955 7550-99. We need these documents to be able to prove our claim for payment.

Why has our customer been rejected by secupay?

As soon as a transaction is submitted to secupay, secupay performs a credit check on the customer, which within a few seconds provides us with sufficient information to decide whether to approve the purchase or reject it due to the payment risk. If a particular payment method is rejected, it is usually possible to switch to another payment method.

Is my data and my customers' data secure?

The protection and security of sensitive and personal data is an important concern for secupay AG and represents a key role in performing our service. To offer our customers secure payment transfer services, measures have been taken to ensure availability, confidentiality and integrity. A large number of technical and organizational measures are established, monitored and continuously adapted in a data privacy and information security management system and regularly subjected to external audits.

In compliance with legal requirements (e.g., German Federal Data Protection Act, German Banking Act, German Telemedia Act), private-sector regulations (e.g., PCI-DSS), and industry-standard recommendations (e.g., BSI IT-Basic Protection, ISO 27001, SANS, ENISA, OWASP, CIS), the control areas of access, data carriers, storage, users, access, transmission, input, transport, recovery, reliability, data integrity, order, availability, and separability are realized.

Questions about the payment methods

At what frequency will payments be made to me?

For our payment guarantee products, you will receive a payout once a week.

Is there an overview of transactions that have already been made?

After activation, you will receive access to our frontend and can view your orders as well as your customer account.

We offer:
  • preconfigured store modules for Magento, Gambio GX2, JTL version 3, Shopware from version 4, xt:Commerce Veyton, xt:Commerce, osCommerce, oxid eshop from version 4.7 onwards, among others
  • secupay.flexAPI for CMS systems & self-programmed online stores

Where can I get the modules for integration?

You can get the modules for integration into your store system through our Integration Center.

Where can I get payment method logos for my online store?

You will soon be able to download logo data for your online shop.
