FAQ
Answers to common questions on key topics, clearly organised by category.
Payouts & Transactions
With our payment-guarantee products, you receive a payout once a week, or more often by arrangement.
After activation, you will have access to secuOffice. There, you can view your transactions, orders and account information in one place.
Integration & Shop Systems
secupay can be integrated with widely used shop systems and offers flexible interfaces for custom online shops and platform solutions.
Depending on your requirements, you can use preconfigured modules, APIs or a custom integration.
Our developer portal provides information on technical integration, interfaces and available modules.
You can find logos for the available payment methods in our download area, with all the files you need to add them to your online shop.
Each online shop usually requires a separate contract. This allows payment processing, risk checks and billing to be clearly attributed to the correct shop.
Payment Methods & Payment Guarantee
secupay supports a range of payment methods for online and in-store retail. Availability depends on the product, sales channel and contract.
Typical payment methods include:
- Credit cards
- SEPA direct debit
- purchase on account
- Prepayment
- PayPal
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
- easyCredit instalment payments
- Other payment methods, depending on the integration
For certain payment methods, secupay assesses the risk and carries out a credit check. These checks help reduce payment defaults and make payment processing more secure.
If a payment method is not approved, the customer can usually select an alternative.
For a payment guarantee claim, we usually need supporting evidence of order and delivery. This can include:
- A copy of the invoice
- Proof of dispatch or delivery
- Any other documents relevant to the claim, if required
Please send the documents to your secupay contact or to the address specified in your contract or the claims procedure.
