The easyCredit instalment purchase via the EC terminal is completed in just a few steps, without time-consuming paperwork and waiting times. It is suitable for all financing amounts between €200 and €10,000 and is therefore perfect for more expensive impulse purchases your customers make. Another feature that is equally trader and customer friendly: The credit check takes place online and in real-time.
Simple and fast financing
The customer starts the request for the easyCredit instalment purchase with their smartphone via a QR code: Scan the code, select the term and instalment amount online and enter a few personal details – and you're done.
Both the registration and the subsequent credit check is directly integrated into the sales process and takes place completely online.After receiving the real-time financing commitment on your customer's smartphone, the purchase can be completed at the EC terminal.
Subsequently, easyCredit pays out the payment amount to you within 16 days. A faster payout can be agreed upon individually.
Have the terminal enabled
secupay is your reliable partner or integrating the easyCredit app into your terminal. After registering your company for the easyCredit instalment purchase and the one-time app activation, the process is as simple as making a card payment:
You select the instalment purchase function on your card terminal, enter the amount and have the transaction confirmed with the customer's Girocard. The terminal then prints out the instalment purchase contract ready for signature with the data selected by the customer.

Frequently asked questions about the instalment purchase at the terminal
Please follow the instructions for merchant registration for hire purchase.After successful onboarding, we will receive corresponding information from TeamBank AG, which contains the sales office number assigned to you. We use this to activate the app on your terminal.

The easyCredit terminal app is currently available for Ingenico devices.
If the easyCredit terminal app is activated, it can be called up via the secubase menu (function code 80). Alternatively, you can call it up directly using function code 810 or assign it to any key as a hotkey.
After starting the app, you will be asked to enter the financing amount authorized online by the team bank and then to confirm with OK. Then please enter the customer's Girocard whose bank details were used to online authorize the hire purchase contrac. The card can be recorded by placing it, by reading the magnetic stripe or by manually entering the 22-digit IBAN. Please note that scanning via magnetic strips should only be used if the card is not contactless.
If the process has been successfully completed and the transmitted data has been authorized by the team bank, the partial payment agreement will be printed out in duplicate. Both copies must be signed by the buyer. One copy remains with the dealer.
If the process could not be completed, an error receipt is printed.
