Depending on the specifications of the project starters, the collected funds can be paid out either in one sum or in phases in several partial amounts. Fees and commissions due for your platform and other service providers, such as lawyers or online review services, are automatically retained as part of our payment splitting and promptly paid to those entitled to them.

In the secuoffice online portal, you will find all relevant information for each project, such as incoming payments, account balances, disbursement criteria, budget billing and disbursements, clearly presented. Via API, the data from the portal can be conveniently exported to other systems for further processing. Role-based access rights allow all users to view their data and cancel their own transactions.
